General Booking Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Process

• Confirmation: The booking will be considered confirmed once we receive proof of payment for the total cost of your stay.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Full refund if canceled more than 5 days prior to the arrival date.

• Partial Cancellation: If canceled between 5 days and the arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

• No-Show: If the guest does not arrive, there will be no refund.

3. Security Deposit

• A security deposit of €150 will be required via bank transfer before your arrival to cover any potential damages.

• This amount will be fully refunded within 5 days of departure, after the apartment has been inspected and found to be in perfect condition.

4. Personal Information

* Before arrival, guests will be sent a check-in link where they will need to fill in the requested information for all guests. This is in compliance with regulations from the Ministry of the Interior, as Royal Decree 933/2021 requires us to send the Ministry of the Interior the information of all travelers. 5. House Rules and Usage

• Occupancy: No more people than declared in the reservation are allowed.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbors' peace and quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

· Prohibitions: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, as is holding parties or events.

Pets: Pets are allowed under the conditions of €40 per stay and a maximum of one pet per apartment. Pets are welcome in our apartments, provided the following rules are strictly respected to ensure the hygiene of the accommodation and harmonious coexistence with the neighbors:

Access to Textiles: Pets are strictly prohibited from going on sofas, beds, carpets, or any other textile surface in the apartment. Guests must bring their own pet bed/blanket.

Note: If hair, stains, or damage are found on textiles, the cost of professional cleaning or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.

Behavior and Noise: The owner is legally responsible for the animal's behavior. Quiet and peace for the neighborhood must be maintained.

Nullity Termination Clause: In the event of persistent barking or behavior that disturbs the neighbors' rest, we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately.

This cancellation will not entitle the guest to any refund or reimbursement for unused nights.

Hygiene: Pets are not allowed to be bathed in the apartment's showers or bathtubs, nor may they be dried using the apartment's towels.

Supervision: Pets should not be left alone in the apartment for extended periods if this causes them anxiety or barking.

6. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. The entrance is separate and equipped with smart locks.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM. Failure to check out by the check-out time may result in penalties.
